Corpus Christi Regional Transit Authority is under way with a new Customer Service Center at the Staples Street Bus Terminal Transfer Station. This Transfer Station is the main hub of the RTA's Bus Routes. The largest majority of all customers for the RTA pass thru this terminal. Therefore, the RTA is planning to locate its Customer Service Center at the best location for its customer base. Along with the Customer Service Center, the RTA will co-locate other departments in this building to further support its customers and enhance its connectivity with other local governmental entities.
